I am currently charging a very competitive rate of $60 + tax per hour for any service. There is a one hour minimum charge and there after $15 + tax for each 15mins.
If I fail to resolve the issue to your satisfaction there will be no charge beyond the minimum first hour.
I do not charge for an initial phone or email consultation to help determine if I can help with your particular problem.

The hourly rate includes my travel expenses up to 5 miles from downtown Woodinville. Beyond that a travel charge can be negotiated.
I am only available to provide support from 8-10pm weekdays and 10am-4pm on weekends. If you need support outside of these times please contact me and I will provide you with the names of local and reputable computer assistance companies.
