The following is a breakdown of the many services I can provide. I welcome any computer related request and if I can't help you I will provide you with contacts that can for free.

This is probably the single most aggravating issue for most computer users. You want to do a simple task but you first have to wait for your computer to start up. Then you have to wait for all the startup applications to pop up their annoying welcome pages. Then you have to dismiss all the prompts to update all your software. Then you have to repair your wireless network connection to get online. Then you wait for the extremely slow web page to load and just when you're about to read your email your browser crashes or worse the whole computer crashes. Sound familiar?
 
It doesn't have to be that difficult. There are many things that can be done to help improve the performance of your machine. Not only can I help but if you're interested I can show you how to do these simple checks yourself.

Periodic maintenance of your computer will help keep it healthy, secure, and improve performance. I can you show some simple steps that you can take periodically to be sure that your AntiVirus/AntiSpyware applications are doing there job and that the various parts of your computer are functioning normally.

The idea is you install a little piece of software and then plug in your device and Bob's your uncle. Well, should it happen that Bob is not your uncle I can help you get it working and save you many hours of frustration waiting on the phone to chat with Jim from technical support who lives in Texas.

In theory, you pop in the disk, install and your off and running. In practice, many pieces of software don't install correctly. The cause may be corrupt media, previous installations or even poorly designed installers. Some software is just too complex for many users to appreciate which settings are right for them.
Once installed the software may fail to function correctly. This might be because the software has since been updated and you need an online update or it may have been installed in the wrong location or with the wrong permissions.
Even more important, removal of old software can not only improve performance and free up valuable disk space it can also make you feel better.
